Warranty 

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Azecam Security Systems (hereinafter Company). 

This Warranty applies to the services purchased from the Company. 

1. What does Service Warranty cover?

This Service Warranty covers any defects in material or devices under normal use during the Warranty Period(1 year). During the Warranty Period, Company will repair or replace products or parts of a product that proves defective, at no charge, because of improper material, under normal use and maintenance. This limited warranty covers:

• Any factory defects in the devices
• Malfunctioning device

2. What will we do to correct problems? 

Company will either repair the Product, at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the device with a new or refurbished device. 

3. How long is the Service Warranty?

Any service purchased from Company Company  has a 1(one) year service warranty from the date of purchase. (Conditions Apply)

4. What does this service warranty not cover? 

This Service Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• problems caused by any changes made by customer after the technicians left the site
• Internet related problems
• Password reset/lost password

5. Is there any service fee?

During the period of service warranty (which is 1 year from the date of purchase), there is no service fee for the service warranty. After 1 year or if the problem is not covered by service warranty (conditions mentioned above; See #4), there will be a service fee applied.

6. What do you have to do? 

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Warranty for Physical Goods

Company supports manufacturer warranty for the devices it provides. This warranty may vary from device, company, model of the item purchased. To know more about the manufacturer warranty of the device you purchased from Company, contact Company.
